The breakfast area felt chaotic. finding a table was like playing musical chairs, and the noise level made conversation difficult. also, the promised panoramic view from my 'premium room panoramic view' was partially obstructed by a neighboring building. It's a bit misleading to call it 'panoramic' when it's more of a partial vista, i found that misleading and disappointing, particularly at the price point.

the room included complimentary water and a kettle it was useful for us since we had an infant. the bathroom was big and had shampoo conditioner body wash soap lotion toiletries toothbrushes and toothpaste it included all essential items.

the heater stayed on during our entire stay there were times we wanted to turn it off as the room became stuffy. we called the front desk twice and went down to talk to them but they did not help us we opened the one window available it was uncomfortable.

the rooms were spacious. it included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower was nice. the fitness center provided a clean space. i could see the area from the gym. access to public transportation was very easy. the park near the hotel was nice for walking.

the air conditioning presented issues. it was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. i found this quite inconvenient .

there were maintenance problems. my shower door did not close properly. the wallpaper was damaged too. it was pretty hot and i could not cool it down.
